New Human Resources Staff Joins CareLink
CareLink Community Support Services is pleased to welcome new Human Resources Generalists Melissa Webb and Tiphereth Wells.
Melissa Webb brings to her new role as an HR Generalist I nearly 10 years of experience in healthcare, an industry that has taught her the importance of compassion, communication, teamwork, confidentiality, and most importantly the impact that people have on an organization. Throughout her career, Melissa has had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and navigate a variety of situations, which has strengthened her ability to listen, problem-solve and support others.
Melissa believes HR should be approachable and supportive while also maintaining professionalism, fairness, and consistency. Whether an employee has a question, needs guidance, or simply isn’t sure where to turn, Melissa’s goal is to be a resource employees feel comfortable coming to in any situation.
In her new (temporary) HR Generalist I role, Tiphereth Wells brings eight years of HR experience updating processes, working in HRIS platforms, and collaborating with anyone and everyone to provide the best support for employees. She also arrives with freshly sharpened skills after earning her SHRM-CP certification earlier this year. If Tiphereth doesn’t know the answer, she will find it for you.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading personal growth and business books. She’s very excited to be at CareLink, so please stop by the HR Generalist’s office and say hello!
