Laura Fash Named Regional Director

Laura Fash will take on the role of Regional Director of Philadelphia County Services, effective September 26, 2025. She succeeds longtime CareLink employee Danae Logan, who is leaving the agency to pursue an executive position with another human services agency.

Ms. Fash joined CareLink as a Program Manager in 2017, and has since served as Assistant Regional Director of ID/IDD Services, Regional Director of ID/IDD Services, and Assistant Regional Director of of Philadelphia County Services.

In addition to holding a master's degree in art therapy from Drexel University, Ms. Fash is an ODP Certified Investigator, agency Incident Manager, Medication Assistance Trainer, and Compliance Training Track Trainer.
