CareLink Community Support Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Michele Gilbert as Director of Human Resources, effective March 20, 2024.
Ms. Gilbert brings extensive expertise in human resources and operations management to her role at CareLink, most recently serving as Chief People Officer at Philabundance, the Delaware Valley's largest hunger-relief organization. Prior to joining Philabundance, Ms. Gilbert held positions as Interim Township Manager/Director of Operations & Human Resources at Exeter Township, Human Resources Director at Philadelphia University, and Human Resources Manager at Broomall Presbyterian Village. She also worked in a human resources role at Independence Mission Schools, and served as Senior Director of Employee Relations & Development at the American Cancer Society.
Ms. Gilbert, a mother of two, lives in Kennett Square, PA with her husband and two spoiled dogs.
