CareLink’s 2025 Employee Service Awards

In 2024, a remarkable group of 37 employees from across the agency celebrated milestone anniversaries, marking anywhere from 5 to 25 years of dedicated service to CareLink.
To honor their commitment, agency administrators, supervisors, and Board members came together on March 6, 2025 for a special luncheon at Pietro’s Radnor Pizzeria in Radnor, PA. During the celebration, the achievements of these dedicated individuals were highlighted in an electronic program (featured below), which was shared with all CareLink employees.

It’s great to see CareLink recognising employees for their years of dedication and service. The 2025 awards show how much long-term commitment can mean within an organisation. I especially liked seeing different milestones being celebrated rather than focusing only on major achievements. As someone who sometimes has to write my research paper, I know how much consistent effort matters, so it’s nice to see that same effort recognised in the workplace.
It’s always nice to see organizations meeting people face to face and sharing real opportunities. Events like this help build strong connections, while professional CV writers can also give job seekers an extra boost before applying for their next role.
