New CareLink Program Opens in Chester County

On August 4, administrators from the Chester County Office of Mental Health/Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities joined CareLink staff and participants to celebrate the agency's newest residential program: a fully renovated, 10-bedroom facility located in an historic property on Manor Avenue in Downingtown, PA. The opening day event featured a ribbon-cutting, tours of the newly renovated site, and light breakfast fare.

Licensed to operate as a Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program, the beautiful, nearly 9,000-square-foot building—known throughout the agency as "Creekside"—has already welcomed two residents and can accommodate up to 10.
