CareLink Cup Recognizes Program Quality

The agency's third annual CareLink Cup awards were featured as part of a CORE (Collaboration on Recovery & Excellence) meeting held on February 5.

Natalie Notarianni, CareLink's Director of Quality, recognized the Providence Road residence in Wallingford, PA as having the highest quality performance based on the cumulative audit scores for the calendar year. Providence Road Program Manager Raymone Snow was on hand to accept the award.

The team at Torrey House was honored with the inaugural CareLink Cup in 2023. In 2024, STAR II won the award and the Golf Club program received a Supporting Independence Award in recognition of all residents self-administering medications.
