On July 26, Joanne Bowden-Proctor, a long-time Partial Hospital Program Therapist at CareLink's STAR program in Norristown, PA, officially retired after 27 years with the agency. Staff gathered at STAR for a party to celebrate the tremendous milestone on July 23.
Congratulations, Joanne, and many thanks for 27 years of outstanding service!
