2025 Benefits Enrollment Now Open

Annual Open Enrollment for CareLink benefits runs from August 4 through August 13, 2025. All full- and part-time CareLink employees are eligible to participate in benefits enrollment.

Employees interested in making changes to their current benefits should log in to Paylocity human resources platform and select their changes during the enrollment window. No action is required for employees who are satisfied with their current benefits; their previous elections will automatically carry over to the new plan year beginning on September 1, 2025.

Virtual meetings about this year's benefit options and how to enroll are available on the following dates:

• Tuesday, August 5, 2025 @ 10:00 am to 11:00 am

• Tuesday, August 12, 2025 @ 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

• Thursday, August 7, 2025 @ 2:30 pm - Question and Answer Session

Employees who can't attend sessions on any of the dates provided can scan the QR code listed below to receive a video overview of what's available for the 2025-2026 Benefit Year.
