Agency Launches New Safety Committee

CareLink recently announced the formation of a new Safety Committee, which will include around a dozen administrators and direct care providers from across the agency, working together to enhance safety standards and practices within the organization and its programs.


Members of the Safety Committee will share diverse perspectives and innovative ideas with colleagues from various departments and programs at monthly meetings.


"We believe we can create a safer and more supportive environment for employees and people we serve," said CareLink Chief Operations Officer Rich Hoback. "The committee offers staff the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in safety management, leadership, and teamwork."
