Obtaining Services From CareLink
CareLink provides a variety of services for adults with severe, chronic mental illness, including residential treatment, supported housing, and supported employment and education. Programs are currently available in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania, and Camden County, New Jersey.

New clients are typically referred to CareLink by the offices of behavioral health in the counties where they live. Individuals interested in obtaining a referral for services should contact the office of behavioral health in their county of residence:
