CareLink is very proud of our employee retention levels and all our employees who have dedicated their lives to helping people with mental illness find a path to recovery and independence. Many of our employees have tenures over five years. This month we recognized anniversary years of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years of service to CareLink.

We congratulate our President/CEO, Eileen Joseph, who is celebrating 30 years with CareLink. Ms. Joseph has led CareLink from less than 50 consumers in a few sites to serving over 1,000 people in 24 different programs while expanding into Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Clementon and Camden Counties. Eileen has served on many boards including as Chairperson of the US Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. She has also been recognized as a professional of distinction by many organizations, most recently being named a USPRA Fellow. Eileen’s educational achievement, advanced credentials and advocacy initiatives are a reflection on her keen focus and belief in enabling recovery.
It is our honor to congratulate and thank Eileen, Suzanne, Rhonda, Jennifer, Rich, Mary and Ted for all their years of service to CareLink Community Support Services.
